Pelvic Floor 101: Pregnancy and Postpartum
Have you heard of the pelvic floor but aren’t sure how to learn more? Join us for a group class focused on the basics of what you should know for pelvic floor relaxation, core and hip support, and common issues that arise during the perinatal journey. Learn techniques and exercises for an easier journey both during and after pregnancy.
$65 per pregnant participant (partners can join for free!), with handouts, exercises, and plenty of information to take home and utilize! Tickets can be purchases by following the link on our Group Classes and Events page here.
