    Consultation Call

    Speak directly with your PT about your concerns to determine if Step into PT is the right choice for you.

    Consultation calls are scheduled for 15 minutes and are free. Follow up questions can be emailed and will be replied to within 2 business days.

    Initial Evaluation and Follow Up Visits

    Initial visits are 60 minutes long and have a base rate of $185. Follow up visits are 50 minutes long and have a base rate of $155 per session. If you require a visit duration that does not fit into this schedule, feel free to reach out to see if we can accommodate you.

    All initial evaluations and follow ups are recommended to be in person to allow for a full assessment by your PT. However, visits can be performed virtually if deemed beneficial and appropriate.

    Group Classes

    Group classes allow you and your friends to stay accountable and strong. Custom group classes are a flat rate and can be split amongst you and up to 7 friends (8 people total). You may choose to have this be virtual or in person at your home, in your yard, or at a public location such as a park. Some equipment may be provided (speak with PT for options).

    General wellness classes are 45 minutes long and run at a flat rate of $130 per session (split amongst 8 people, this comes to $16.25 per session). You are in charge of paying the rate in one transaction to Step into PT, but you may choose to have friends split payment whichever way is best for you beforehand. If you and your group want to save by purchasing a class bundle, reach out to your PT to discuss options!

Deposits, Cancels, and No Shows

For initial evaluations, a deposit equal to 50% of the visit is required to hold your spot.

All scheduled visits, whether individual or group, fall under a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel your visit within 24 hours of your appointment time, a cancellation fee equal to 50% of your visit cost will be charged due to the limited number of available spots and inability to allow another person to take your spot with short notice. Please contact your PT for unavoidable issues causing you to cancel, such as waking up with an unexpected illness, to see if rescheduling is an option instead.

If your PT drives out to work with you and you no show (do not answer the door, are not at home, etc.) you will be charged the full cost of the session. This is done to respect your care team as well as other patients looking for treatment.
