Join us every Monday from July 28-August 18 for a month-long class series designed to safely guide you back to running with a focus on pelvic floor health. Perfect for postpartum runners or anyone recovering from pelvic floor issues, this supportive and expert-led program combines strength, mobility, and functional movement to help you build confidence and return to running with a strong foundation. If more guidance is needed past this initial series, you can join our next class series or get individualized treatment through one-on-one physical therapy sessions!
